PROGRAM BENEFITS

Eligibility Qualifications & Terms
Who:

Homeowners and landlords in New Orleans and surrounding parishes

Applicant(s) must own the property

Immediate family members can co-apply
- Property titleholders and mortgage borrowers must be listed on the application
INCOME LIMITS & CREDIT SCORE:
- Proof of consistent income (employment, Social Security, disability, etc.)
- Property taxes and mortgage payments must be current
- No bankruptcy within the last 12 months
- Co-signer or cash collateral may be required depending on credit history
LOAN DETAILS:
- Loan Amounts: $3,000–$25,000 (up to $50,000 for solar products)
- Interest Rates: 5%–12% fixed
- Repayment: Monthly payments based on project cost and loan terms
