Do you have a finance-ready multifamily development project that will contribute to the supply of sustainable and affordable housing in New Orleans? Submit your project for review and express your intent to pursue financing through Finance New Orleans’ Sustainable Developer Program through the link below.
Submit an Intake Form (instructions below)
Note: Finance-ready projects should have site-control or letter of intent to lease, zoning entitlements, and relevant environmental reviews complete, detailed architectural plans, and a plan to secure construction financing.
How to Submit a Form through Banyan Infrastructure
- Access the Intake Portal
Visit our Intake Portal hosted by Banyan Infrastructure. - Sign In or Create an Account
- If you already have an account, log in with your credentials.
- New user? Click the Sign Up button on the portal’s landing page to create an account.
To Start a New Information Request
- After logging in, navigate to the dropdown menu of available options (dark green arrow in the image below).
- Select Information Request – Multifamily Sustainable Developer Program (dark blue arrow below) and click Start a new one here to begin.
To Start a New Intake Form
- After logging in, navigate to the dropdown menu of available options (dark green arrow in the image below).
- Select Intake Form – Multifamily Sustainable Developer Program (light blue arrow below) and click Start a new one here to begin.
- Please complete a separate intake form for each project you wish to submit.
