H3C Apartments and DePaul Community Health Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Members of the Finance New Orleans team held a ribbon cutting on January 19 to celebrate the grand opening of H3C New Orleans, an $80 million affordable housing development in Central City. The five-story building on Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, includes a ground-floor community health clinic that will be managed by DePaul Community Health Centers. The apartment above it will be available to people who make as much as 60 percent of the area median income.
